"While I have loved cooking since I was a little girl, my professional journey began in a dining room, not a kitchen. While working as a waitress in high school, I fell in love with the energy of the culinary world and pivoted my career immediately. I dedicated four years to formal culinary arts education, creating catering experiences for local businesses while I studied.

After moving to Minnesota, I immersed myself in the local food scene, working in restaurants and expanding my catering portfolio. My cooking style is deeply rooted in community service; for four years, my husband and I ran a kitchen feeding 100+ church members every week. That experience taught me to cook with love at scale, ensuring every plate was perfect.

Today, Mise & Thyme combines that volume efficiency with the precision I learned running my home bakery business. I understand that every household is different, and I love the puzzle of creating the perfect menu for your specific needs."
